As specialists in hand care products and industrial cleansers, we give REACH a high priority. Therefore we undertake all necessary steps to comply with the REACH directive.

As the initial step, Dreumex has received confirmation that all raw ingredients that are used in the products supplied by Dreumex are pre-registered with the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA), unless this requirement is not included in the REACH directive.

Dreumex subsequently put together an overview of the applicable exposure scenarios, which correspond with the scenarios drawn up by the AISE (International Association for Soaps, Detergents and Maintenance Products). These scenarios were then put forward to all suppliers for inclusion in the registration files of the applicable raw materials.

A candidate list has been drawn up by the ECHA (European Chemicals Agency) of so-called ‘substances of concern’ (SVHC list = Substances of Very High Concern). Expectations are that the substances in this list will be included in Annex XIV of the REACH directive, which means a total ban on use. Dreumex is able to confirm that none of its products contain these ‘substances of concern’.

Dreumex will continue to ensure the quality and safety of our source materials in the future, so you can continue to trust in the high-quality products that you are accustomed to from us.
